Mr. Clark has lived in the Coastal Georgia region for 35 years and currently resides in the South Carolina Lowcountry.

He began his surveying career in Sept. 1985 as an apprentice (rodman) where he thrived in the industry and was hired as a Survey Crew Chief in Sept. 1992 when he began to concentrate and study to obtain his license to practice surveying in a professional atmosphere. Mr. Clark worked for several engineering and land surveying firms in an effort to expand his knowledge base on how to best manage a company and be the most productive and efficient without sacrificing the highest in accuracy and ethics.

In February 2000 he became licensed in South Carolina and eventually entered into business ownership in November 2002. He led a successful land surveying company until May 2018 when he decided it may be time to retire. It wasn’t.

Mr. Clark joined the successful team of RLA Associates, PA in January 2019 to assist in the growing company’s Hilton Head Division market and has an office located in Okatie near the intersection of Highway 170 and Highway 278.
